10,000 Steps a Day in May

By walking 310,000 steps in May, you could help raise vital funds for patient care in the Mater Hospital. It’s a tough challenge, but it’ll help critically ill people and will keep you healthy too!

By taking part, you’ll be making a real and lasting difference by raising funds for life-saving equipment and ground breaking medical research. To get started, all you have to do is follow these 3 easy steps.

1) Create a Facebook Fundraising Page at this link, it only takes 45 seconds!
2) Download the Pacer app on Android (here) or iPhone (here) to keep track of your steps
3) Get out walking and start building up your fitness
