The National Botanic Garden's creative festive fundraiser to support Mater patients
In Christmas 2022, our friends in the National Botanic Gardens of Ireland came up with a fantastic idea for their festive fundraiser in support of our patients and their families in the Mater Public Hospital.
Following the felling of some trees in the Gardens, the team collected mistletoe and held a special stall where members of the public could pick up a sprig in exchange for a donation to the Mater Foundation.
We are so grateful to the whole Botanic Gardens team for braving the frosty weather to collect the mistletoe and raising a fantastic €2,195, and to everyone who donated.
