Great Ireland Run

Part of the world’s largest mass participating running series, the 17th annual Great Ireland Run will take place on 9th April in the beautiful setting of the Phoenix Park in Dublin.

Runners of all ages and abilities can take part in a truly inspiring celebration of running. With runs of 5 and 10 km distance – and the traditional mini and junior runs for 3-15 year olds – it’s a real family affair and a great way to spend a day in Dublin.

Alongside thousands of other runners of all ages and abilities, you can enjoy being part of the world’s favourite run, as you make your way through the spectacular natural surroundings of a park filled with rich history and natural beauty.

Run past the Phoenix Monument, the Papal Cross and get a glimpse of the Magazine Fort as you make your way across to the Furry Glen and then back towards Chesterfield Avenue for your big finish!

You can see the full course map on the Great Ireland Run website.
