Do you have a special memory of The Mater Hospital, maybe the day you or a loved one received a life saving operation, a milestone you reached in your treatment or you would like to remember the life of a loved one on their birthday or anniversary?
At the Mater Hospital every single day is special. You wouldn't believe it from such an ordinary looking building. But if you were to walk around the hospital on any given day of the year, you would see amazing people from surgeons to porters going about their daily tasks and making our hospital the special place it really is.
And because the Mater Hospital is so special we want you to share your special day with us. If you have a special day in your life that you would like to remember you can now sponsor that day here at The Mater Hospital.
Anyone can sponsor a day for any reason, current patients might use it to measure a milestone in their recovery, others as a thank you for their care or perhaps in memory of a loved one.
Situated in the hospital foyer we will have a giant calendar display depicting every day of the year - your Special Day with your name or that of your loved one can be on it for everyone to see.
