SADS Screening Appeal
The Mater Foundation is delighted to have teamed up once again with Powerade to work together in the fight against Sudden Adult Death Syndrome through screening. Through this unique partnership we hope to raise €20,000 to buy essential screening monitors to ensure that the families who pass through our doors are screened in the most effective and comprehensible way possible.

Together we are encouraging people from across Ireland to take to their feet and get running. All you need to do is register directly to take part in any running, cycling or triathlon event then follow a few simple steps:
- Set up your own sponsorship page online through our website
- Raise €500 in sponsorship money for Sudden Adult Death Syndrome*
- Receive your complimentary pair of Adidas runners and Adidas singlet - (RRP €130)

Various terms and conditions apply:
To receive your free Adidas Trainers and singlet (RRP €130 for kit) the €500 sponsorship money must be raised online through your fundraising page on the official materfoundation.ie website.
- Sizes for Women's Trainers are in Irish/GB sizes and half sizes from 4 to 8
- Sizes for Men's Trainers are in Irish/GB sizes and half sizes from 8 to 12
- Sizes for Women's Singlets are in Irish/GB sizes Small, Medium, Large
- Sizes for Men's Singlets are in Irish/GB sizes Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large
- Those raising €500 or more will be contacted by The Mater Foundation to arrange delivery of the adidas gear. It remains the responsibility of the fundraiser to ensure the sizes requested are correct as no returns or exchanges can be entertained.
- To be eligible for free adidas gear you must have registered online by 31 Dec 2009 and raised €500 online by 31st January 2010.
- Please allow 28 days for delivery
- Please note that your details will be held by The Mater Foundation and their relevant suppliers including Powerade. Your details will not be passed on for marketing purposes to any other company. If you would like your details removed from our mailing list please contact The Mater Foundation in writing.
- All orders for products are subject to availability and the Mater Foundation reserves the right to substitute this offer at any time.
